Dance music from a few years ago

There was a piece of dance music that played on MTV Dance a lot at the time, it's hard to describe, the video was a guy that set up a mat and a radio outside a diner and was breakdancing from morning until sundown, the words 'without you' were used a lot, and repeated over some parts of the song. It was a more chilled out dance song than most. I get bits of it in my head, but I can't for the life of me remember it's name, or enough of the words to have a guess.

Not that one :P It was a sunny day in the video, just one guy dancing, I think he was black, not sure, you could see the cars going past on the street (i dont think you can see anything in praise you), same kinda style of singing though. It's bugging me!!! lol
