Any users out there able to assist - purchased the above at considerable cost for hillwalking use and all weekend had a problem with it not recognising G.B. 1:50 000 Ordnance Survey SD card - any one else having difficulty?

Have you tried removing the card with the unit switched OFF but then re-inserting it with the unit switched ON (as per the advice on page 95 of the user manual)?

If that doesn't work then a phone call to 0845 873 0101, or an email to [email protected], will probably be needed.
