Anti anxiety herbal remedy

Hi as mentioned in previous messages, I get married very soon and I'm incredibly nervous about doing the speech. I signed up to a speaking forum and came across something called Bravina. Now I have never heard of it but from the reviews it sounds pretty good and as its only herbal it shouldn't be too bad. Has anyone heard of this before and if so is there a uk based site I can order from. I've looked everywhere but only seem to be American.

Rescus Remedy drops or pastilles - both are excellent ..... as is White Chestnut for stopping you worrying about it at night before the big day x

My local Tesco do the Bach? Rescue remedies. Try your local health food store too.

I wouldn't use something if I didn't personally know people who found it helpful. Far from being mild, some herbal stuff can cause a lot of problems, depending on what's in it. As the others say, Rescue Remedy works for a lot of people - I've never tried it myself, you can buy it in Boots.

100% recommend bachs rescue remedy spray, takes that feeling away from your tummy! Try kalms aswell if you need?
