we are travelling to he usa from austrlia and do not have a visa, 30 years ago my husband got charged for growing marijuana in the backyard... if he says no to the entry card... how would they find out about it.. being that long ago, he didn't get jail just got a fine and since that time 30 years ago, he has had no problems with the law..

I have said it before and i will say it again. The US do not have access to all the peoples of all the countries criminal records. For the simple reason that they have not given their information to others. So at the airport they will not know.
