Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1

Hi when I try to download anything or update apps from Google play store I get error message (RPC:S-3),when trying to update Samsung factory apps the error message is (RPC:S-7: AEC-0),can anyone help, I have e-mailed Samsung help followed there instructions but no change, one e-mail told me to contact Google help, but don't know how to access there help desk.
