Yes....The software installation disc provides for setting-up with XP; Vista: W7; and W8.

I presume you mean "Deskjet" - as in printer?

If so the answer is "YES" - but there have been occasional reports of difficulty in establishing a wireless connection in some situations. It will always work with a cable.
