Attempted Robbery In Cape Town

I like the idea of creating a 'blog' but haven't a clue where to start. Also, as someone disabled in an accident and living a rather frustrating existence, some of the content might not be totally suitable for all ages - is there a way round this? Can you set up a way to get comments/feedback on your blog?
Lastly, why blog?

I worked out discretion by trial and error, and basically anything goes as far as content is concerned, but if talking about people you know you should behave yourself, and possibly ask some of them if it's OK to write about them in advance, even though you may not mention any names they can still work out who you mean. But it can only be described as a positive experience even though trolls do follow you around as well.
