for those who are sweltering in the heat, will you be having a salad for dinner this evening?
If so, what type?

Hi alba you we're gone by the time I posted this morning .i am still stuck at 30 where have you got to . Got my grandson sleep over think we are going out for a meal .
Yo Alba - poached salmon, avocado, tomato's, chickpea cous-cous and lots of fresh crispy leaves - not a blimmin' bit of chocolate in sight, so might pop out and get some choc cheesecake for dessert, yum xx
However hot it was I would never choose or look forward to having salad.
No I'm having roast beef, Yorkshire pud, carrots, and roasties, followed by New York cheesecake..........
On the other hand Prudie, however cold and horrible it is, I barely go a day without salad.
Tomorrow it's roast beef roasties and Yorkshires however hot it is.
I wish I was like that Maydup but I find any salad, however exotic and tasty, boring.
I am taking my mother out for a curry. We've got some nice white wines from Waitrose to whet our appetite first :)

I think I might go for a king prawn spinach balti, but they have got ostrich on the menu too and they'll prepare it any way you want it. I tried Ostrich last year when I was with a load of AB reprobates and I love it.
Just had chicken salad and crusty ....yummy !
Funnily enough we had salad for tea- along with steak and breaded garlic mushrooms.

The salad was a bog standard, lettuce one tarted up with a bit of dressing and croutons.
Pizza and salad.
I had sushi and dumplings. They were lush.
