I did too, they're a refreshing change from all the rest of the political parties

I always vote. I believe our fore fathers ( or Mothers ) fought long and hard to give us that right. Having said that, today due to circumstances out of my control I did not vote. Would I have voted UKip.........NO
I persuaded a really weird looking guy not to go into the polling station.

I would rather spoil my vote or not vote at all than vote for that lot.
How simple can folk be to vote for exclusion from one of the world's major trading blocs, one of the world's major defence blocs, one of the world's cultural and historical blocs and a party bordering on twinning with Le Pen and her fascist minions, never mind some of the racist slurs starting with Mr "I would love a Romanian to move in next to me."

Not that it's perfect, anything but, however, change is created from within, not from some neo-Dad's Army view of the English Channel and pulling "V"s at the 'enemy" - Grow up Farage, this is 2014, not 1943 or even 1958.

A pasty eating surrender monkey?
;-)
nice speech, dt. I did. ;-)
It won't stop trade IMO. Some people don't want to sell their souls to unelected Eurocrats nor have others doing it for us. We need new blood here to stop the rot and if it takes voting for those in the minority then so be it.
We're going for independence, baldric, and then the Putin Party, if Salmond wins the referendum.

A short extension to the Tamar and you've got it!
Absolutely, Anglesey, IoMan, Arran, the Inner and Outer Hebrides, the Orkneys and Shetlands and we'sa got you ransomed when it comes to oil, fishing and some of the better scotches - and early daffodils.
Now who is being silly?
You forgot about the gas DT, or, come to think of it, perhaps not :-)
Not with frac gas, wharton - another 7 bln boe to be announced tomorrow for the South and South-East, how much recoverable, I am not sure.
Not really Jeza, there is a school of thought emerging that the islands and outer regions of the UK break off and join a Scandinavian alliance......this, as Europe fragments into a neo-Machiavellian organsiation where the main UK, Spain, Benelux, Germany, Italy and even parts of France break off to become more "US State-like" entities. The idea began back in the early 80s as one of the models in the way that Europe would develop. We may be close to it.....
I should be clearer, the countries mentioned break up into their constituent states or groupings......
