Sad Lamps

Has anyone used a lamp for SAD problem and was it any good, and which one and what did it cost??

I bought hubby one, it's called "Daylight", £40 ish from Maples.
Almost identical to this one

Makes a damned fine crafting lamp too, when not in used for the original intent.

My aunt used one, and found it very effective.

I have one , its very useful and helps no end .Mine was about 80 to 100 pds I think .
