Mic appears to have lost the ability to chew. I'm struggling trying to get meat down to a puree form. I've looked at processors and blenders but although they have attachments they only mince the meat. It needs to be much finer and ideally down to a smooth texture. Any suggestions please.
I have a hand blender in the deepest darkest cupboard. Hasn't been used for years. Dug it out today and used it for bolognaise. Brilliant, I never thought it would do the job without buying another gadget. Thanks everyone.
