John Cleese On Chatty Man

Did anyone see John Cleese on Chatty Man last night?

I thought he was sooo rude! He seemed to think it was funny to throw drink over Alan Carr & then when that was taken off him he threw peanuts at him instead.

Alan took it really well but you could tell he didn't quite know what to do, he showed a lot of professionalism but I felt really sorry for him.

Cleese had obviously only come on to plug his latest show but once he had done it, he didn't want to carry on.

I saw it.....I was uncomfortable watching it. Poor Alan he really didnt know what to do! I thought it was very weird behaviour

I agree, silliemillie. It was cringe-worthy and must have made a lot of viewers turn off or over. I wondered if Cleese was drunk, though he didn't sound it. Not entertaining at all.

He didn't appear to be drunk but his behaviour was bizarre to say the least.
Certainly put me off him.
