Ebay Selling Question

Advice please . We've recently put some items for sale on ebay. Two were sold to separate buyers at the end of the bidding time and despite two polite reminders to both as per ebay's suggestion we've heard no further word. This is about 10 days ago now, is this normal and if not where do we go from here?

you need to open an unpaid item case then you wont be charged for selling them if you have not received payment

Thanks ruthann, so an unpaid item case, does ebay take that over for you? Why do people do this anyway!

This is a regular problem for sellers on eBay, people just tend to bid with no intention of paying...
I have an a automatic unpaid reminder which appears after 10 days...
Basically..they get a mark against thier ebay account and you have your fees back for selling the item, as mentioned,
