sandy - the shirt looks like a pyjama top/jacket and not a very comfortable one either. It's a bit short too, wouldn't cover a decent sized belly.


What's this Iron thing that some of you have mentioned, is it some sort of torture device?

I believe an iron is a device that produces heat and steam which is used to get creases out of clothes. But once you wear them the creases reappear. Seems pointless, to me.

Years ago (20+) I went off to work and left my iron plugged in. I lived in a very small flat with a very big dog. When I got home and saw that the iron was still balanced on the ironing board I realised how badly it could have turned out. I gave up ironing as a safety measure.

These days it is my straighteners that I am terrified of leaving plugged in - they can get pretty hot.
