Refuses To Log In

Windows 7 HP

Just had a power cut. Power now back on, but PC refuses to let me now log in.......message reads " User profile Cannot be loaded."

Any ideas?

Best of luck Sqad.....Messing with the Registry is a very risky affair.

You could try letting Microsoft fix it. It would certainly be safer.

Scroll down the link and click open Number 3 for download of 'FIXIT' which then needs to be run for automatic repair. :-

I would attempt safe start procedure ..if no go ..take to computer doc .don't meddle as chris says , you could end up terminal ! ..good luck Sqad x
