Aaa ah!.......... The old old story.........normal cholesterol but high lipids ( fats).
What does that mean?
I am not sure and neither is the medical profession, if truth be known.
Sqad's take on this......for what it is worth.
You haven't given us the exact figures and you haven,t said if these were fasting levels, but I would guess that they are fasting.
Your cholesterol levels are fine that is good and bad cholesterol, so we might assume that a heart attack is not around the corner.........so we think.
Now fats, other than cholesterol are valuable, we need them to transport some vitamins and also as a store for energy when it is needed.
But does a high level indicate a predisposition for heart attacks or strokes?
No idea, it is a complex question and a minefield for the experts.
Sqad?......he is not convinced of the association between high lipids and heart and strokes, but he may well be convinced of the association of high cholesterol and heart attacks and strokes.

Cysts on the liver are not uncommon and in the vast majority of cases do not require treatment.
The above represents my take on your question.
