2002 he got 13 life sentences. Now he could be out in 10 years. What is wrong with the Justice System - does anyone know?

This really doesn't make any sense whatsoever. If he was sentenced to 13 life terms years ago, I am not sure why he was in an open prison in the first place. To get another 10 year sentence today seems pointless.

If any of that meant anything it'd be good news. Unfortunately it doesn't, so he'll probably be out and cracking skulls again in a few months.

Quite Mickey - from an open prison probably where he will probably be sent again to rehabilitate in readiness for his real release.

It'll be the minimum 10 mikey, because now he's made a name for himself and got his card marked, so he'll get special treatment. The point is that it was a nonsense someone with that many life sentences and a history of violence was in the position of being able to abscond from an open prison anyway.
