Tuna Steak sauce

Can anyone help me with a recipe for a sauce to put on a tuna steak. I dont like anything with chilli or anything too spicy. I like creamier sauces. anybody have any ideas?!

Maybe a hollandaise sauce???

I don't have the recipe on me but it's simple to do and creamy. You'll find it on any good recipe site.

dont know the recipe but went to friends and i we had tuna steak with a tomato and basil sauce and lemon butter rice - was delicious. Sure you could search deliaonline.co.uk for an actual recipe for this (or bbc.co.uk)

If you're feeling adventurous, slice it very thinly, raw, and dress with E.V. olive oil, fresh lemon juice and torn basil. Really refreshing.
