Hello to you all - I had to end up buying a new computer and I had problems with that too so am just logged on now. Do hope the new computer stays the course or rather the guarantee. Guy back and forth fixing it but has told me if it breaks down again - it was cutting out to "No Signal" - he will give me my money back. Good to be back. JJCon

What make is the computer which you have now bought, and what is it's Operating System.( Windows 7, 8 or whatever) ? Who is your Broadband Provider.?
Did the 'Guy' give you any explanation for it cutting-out to a 'No Signal' ?
Hans.

Ummmm - yes it was brand new I actually took it out of the box and colour coded the thing myself - so between thinking it was faulty cables and electrical stuff - this is where I am. It was a big company I bought it from. I have just left it there running for about 2 hours whilst having dinner and when I came back - screen was black with "NO Signal" - so I am not a happy camper at all. To tell you the truth I hope it does go loopy loo then I will get my money back. JJCon
