Fao Buenchico......
Hi Buenchico
This goes from bad to worse. We have just had a letter from the credit card company stating that the engineer has said that the shower has been installed incorrectly. He stood in my kitchen and told me that it is a manufacturing fault as there is no lower seal on the bottom of the shower, he said that he would email the owner of JTSPAS and tell him this. Why of a sudden has he changed his statement. It stinks. I want to claim the money back from my credit card as i am sick to death of this. How do you think I'm fixed.

Keep your report short, just making it clear that you're getting stuck between the manufacturer, who blames the plumb, and the plumber, who blames the manufacturer, with the problem being compounded by an engineer who tells you one thing but who then tells your credit card company something different. Hopefully they'll then contact you to get the full story).

Update. I contacted the engineer and he told me that the manager had twisted his words. He told them that is WAS a manufacturing fault. We contacted the credit card company who said that this issue is now closed, they can do no more for us. I don't no what to do next. I did send an email to JTSPAS stating that i have written evidence that they have lied as i have been in contact with the engineer(bet they didn't expect that). I won't hold my breath waiting for a reply. Will let you know what happens next in the saga.
