Yes, the Irish Parliament is called the Dail (pronounced 'Doyle') and an Irish MP is known as a TD.
Don't know what the weather is like where you are bryand, but it's a glorious day here in north London. Far too nice to stay inside so I'm off for a walk over Hampstead Heath.

Alas, the Spaniards is not what it was retrocop. It's been taken over and tarted up and has lost its 'character'. I live at the Highgate side of the Heath so will probably have a pint in the village before I pick the wife up from her school.

You just beat me to it, retrocop. Yes, I was referring to Jack Straw's Castle. (They say the memory is the first thing to go!) The Spaniards is just as good as ever with a decent restaurant. My wife had a nice meal there with a few of her lady friends the other evening.

Always preferred the Spaniards to Jack Straws but really liked the King William in Hampstead Village
