Ok, what foods in Britain are named after the area it originated from?
I just thought of Cornish pasties and Yorkshire puddings. Are there any more?

Or how about Arbroath smokies, Bakewell pudding (not the same as Bakewell tart), Bath chaps, Bath oliver biscuits, Lincoln biscuits, brown Windsor soup, Cumberland sauce, Dundee marmalade, Oxford marmalade, Welshcakes, Worcester sauce, Worcester permain apples, London dry gin, Scotch broth, Scotch egg, Scotch woodcock, and, er, Scotch?
At a pinch you could include the sandwich (which named after a person who was named after a place) or beef Wellington (ditto).
