I though Billy burned Honeys passport so how is she flying off so soon? She hasn't had time to get another one.

He must have soaked it in petrol beforehand as it burst into flames immediately. Honey did say she was going to get an emergency passport. This is what the Government passport website says about that:-

"You must book an appointment at a Passport Customer Service Centre if you need a passport urgently and you’re in the UK. After the appointment, you can get your passport the same day or within a week".

Having said that the rules for the general public don't apply in soapland.
