9 The setter will try and do this (8)
14 Derrick is confused (5)
15 Add 4 to 13 before mixing (5)
26 sparkle when you add oxygen to the mix (8)
31 Two of these across the Towy (8)
These are places starting in Goodrington Devon and finishing at Chester
Another question .... Do the places progress in numerical order from Goodrington to Chester, or are they in a random order? How many questions are there? So, if they are in order, which number is closest to Chester?
Thanks 17071948 for the clue for 4. The answer must be Warfleet.
Do you have the clue / answer to 13? I thought they might be needed to get the answer to 15.
Hi Kettledrum, Chester is number 50, yes they do go in numerical order. 31 is in between number 30 PWLL and 32 NEW HEDGES finding this really difficult
"...Another theory is that the name is the combination of the two words 'Cyd' (joint) and 'Gweli' (bed), i.e., the joining of the two river beds Gwendraeth Fawr and Gwendraeth Fach, wherein Cydweli lies."

No 9 clue - what will the setter be doing with the quiz when she gets it back or what did the teacher do with your work
14 - find another word for a derrick, this place is an anagram of that word
Do you have the answer or clue for 13 please, it's driving me nuts!
Janbuck I did have Rame for Q13, but not sure if its right now. I know derrick is a crane, but haven't found answer yet. As to Q9, i presume the teacher or setter will either mark it or correct it, but haven't found that yet either. have you any more clues? thanks in advance
Sorry peasblossom, I can't think of any other clues without giving the answers. I will give you the answers if you want. As for no 13, how did you arrive at RAME from the clue given?
Thanks Janbuck the answers would be nice as i am completely stuck. Q13 i took top of programme off (prog) and should have taken the e out, but took m out by mistake. so will have to think again
