I'm just confused why her being a woman has anything to do with anything, Sqad. Let her coaching and its result on Murray's performances do the talking. Here's hoping it'll be useful.

Depends on the reasons for not employing women as coaches. If you're just going to say "oh she's a woman so I won't appoint her" then you've automatically excluded 50% of the candidates for no good reason. Which is just bizarre. If later on in the process of choosing a coach it turns out that the women have less to bring that's fair enough, but there shouldn't be a problem with appointing a female coach if she's the best person for the job. On balance, I'd expect Andy Murray to be a rather better judge of this than most.
