I won the Saturday crossword about four years ago, it took me 3 months to get my prize ,after lots of phone calls to the telegraph they finally sent it claiming they had lost my address.

I was a runner up in November 2012 & had to chase them for my prize,but they responded quickly with apologies! I have won the Saturday quite often & have always received my pen,& a cheque for the Saturday GK too,so maybe a glich in the Sunday address?
