Does anyone agree that the lead actor on that fantasticly, wonderfully, british show...life on mars was utterly gorgeous? I think, for us David Tennant fans, this guy may take over in the unlikely sex god stakes!

hi sleepincutie, i have always thought he was quite cute when i first saw him in the lakes. i have just recently brought the whole lakes series on dvd to take me back to the 90's when it was first shown. his name is john sims.

I think he's quite yummy and he's very talented too. He was fantastic in State of Play. I remember years ago he appeared on a chat show soon after having a baby and he was so loved up you could hear all the females in the audience sighing (along with me at home). Btw I love David Tennant too. You have good taste sleepincutie.

i think its the quirkiness that appeals to me.....i have the "usual" crushes a la johnny depp, brad etc....but i do think we all have to have some more unusual choices!!

He was in a BBC series in the late 90s called The Lakes which was very good and is out now on DVD.
