Made it, dropped glass in kitchen, smashed, glass everywhere. Cut thumb blood everywhere. Cleaned up mess and glass. Reding and t, put it on coffee table. Knocked it over. Went everywhere, my trousers, carpet and settee. Redid a very weak g and t as not much left. I'm not good on doing drinks as OH is bar manager in this house!

At least it was the glass and not the bottle that was dropped. I used to think when I started to drop things it was time for bed.

I never liked gin, too much juniper aroma, whiskey now-with it's dark peaty aroma- nectar.

It's amazing how far glass bits go. I'm still picking up bits.
