Electric Pylons

Hi , my house has a. Railway line that runs at the bottom of the garden , fenced off of course but quite close to house. They are currently electrifying the network and I arrive home tonight to find a horrendous massive steel electric pylon right at bottom of my garden ! It's an eyesore! Is there anything I can do? Plus little concerned as it's live!

Would have thought they had to tell you as the would have had to get planning permission to put up the pylon .

If it had planing permission the council should have told you.
