Paypal Options Online, Can You Pay With A Credit Card

I know to pay using Paypal you need a Paypal account to log in, but can you choose another payment option once you've logged into your account. So say for instance your Paypal account is linked to your normal debit card (bank account) but you're up to your limit, because you went on a mad bender at the weekend and ended up in Amsterdam (it happened to my husband) so you would rather use your Credit card instead. Is this possible?

The reason I ask is I'm putting together a website for a client who wants an online shop, the simplest option is just to use Paypal. I need to have all the answers when I go back to the client.

You simply need to use the 'Edit Credit Card' facility to change the card registered with Paypal from your debit card to your credit card. (You can change it back at any time):

Look at other companies for payments online. Worldpay Zinc & Payleven are two others. I use Worldpay Zinc as their charges are cheaper than Paypal.
