Hi. I am looking for some windows software. I want to design a website on my desktop PC. I want the website be interactive so other people can fill in forms that will be saved into a database. Other people can then search this database and view what others have entered.
As mentioned I want to design and test all this on my desktop pc then when I am happy with it upload to a host (or maybe host myself). I am fine with 'brochure' style web sites (just pages and links) but database web design is new to me
Can anyone recommend some software or point me in the reight direction
