What is the reason for them wanting her out? It may make a difference.

they just want there house back
Question Author
if the court agrees will it be for an indefinite period
Question Author
forgot to mention she also took money to leave
So, if I have it correctly, she made an agreement to leave (for which she was paid a sum of money) and now wants to renege on that agreement. She has since forced the landlord to take her to court to have the agreement enforced.

If I have understood this correctly she should seek alternative accommodation immediately. If a possession order has been granted the landlords can have it enforced by bailiffs or, if it is transferred to the High Court, by High Court Enforcement Officers.

Will her health have any affect on the warrant
I would not depend on it.

So no options for her ?

Final q how long to warrants get issued
Option 1: leave now, perhaps using some of the money already provided to her in respect of agreeing to terminate the agreement.
Option 2: Tough it out and hope some unlikely turn of events pops out, whence eviction does not happen.
Option 3: As option two but wait for likely eviction whence she will be at mercy of local authority (presumably), if homeless.
That's at least three options.

What do you mean eviction does not happ
Elley you have come rather late in the action to be able to vary the outcome.

The court has considered the case and granted the possession order and a warrant to evict is the next step....

even to get to this stage it takes a few months...

I think the best thing is to go along to her council and request emergency rehousing on the grounds she is about to be evicted and has children.,

Can she throw a spanner in the works and stop eviction now and so stay in her ''own' house, more so by saying O god I am ill I cannot cope with this ? No I dont think so.

You asked - what do you mean the eviction wil not happ

my answer is ; forget it - this eviction is almost certain to happen
