You need to have your site hosted (placed on a computer on the Internet) by an Internet Hosting Provider. The cheapest hosting provider I've found is www.supanames.co.uk - for as little as �13.99 they can host your site. Be warned - you'll still have to design it, and the performance and speed of your site will vary.

Freeola (www.freeola.com) will host it free. But if you want a 'real' name for the site you have to buy it.
