Setting yourself up with broadband
5 Answers
I've been living in my flat for a couple of years now, and I've always got by with my mobile rather than a landline. But now I've decided that broadband would be a good idea, and I've got no idea where to start. Because I've never had a landline etc, would I need to contact BT etc? What processes will I have to go through to get myself set up?

Supernick as Ethel says if you live in a Telewest Broadband area, (You can put your post code in on their website and it will tell you) I had Unlimited Broadband (Blueyonder) put in, 2 phone sockets, one upstairs and one downstairs for my landline and Freeview digital tv for 30 per month, at the moment it is free installation (normally 50.) without the Freeview it is 27 a month, though you don't need an outside ariel for your Freeview, which is great. Hope this is of some help.
