Morning jan xxx You beat me to it! :o} How did your run go?

Fine i think. It was ok for the first 8 miles but then the heavens opened for the last 5 miles and we got drenched through and through. Ah well, it's all done now. I've VERY rashly agreed to do it all again next year. We shall see. The aches and pains take so much longer to go now that I'm over the hill and far away. The healing process takes forever whereas when I was a young thing, I could recover so quickly. Not now . Those days are long gone.
