i posted this question a while back and got nowhere. people kept saying it was 'killing time' by echo & the bunnymen but i know its not. hope you've more luck than me.

the one I've seen contains the instrumental break from "dancing in the moonlight" by Thin Lizzy

I've only seen the same one as mushroom 25 - it's the bass-line intro looped twice, spliced with the guitar solo.

its not thin lizzy. the lyrics are something like - its the time, for the season, when my love runs high. it has a 60's feel to it and was also used in an episode of friends when rachel walks into central perk and bangs her fist on the jukebox, this song comes on. the song was also featured in an advert for the programme Supernatural.
