But it can't have improved the general value of most of the homes affected that is for sure. Most of the people affected by the extreme flooding down there are still living in temp. accommodation, and will continue to do well into next year. I feel so sorry for them...whole lives ruined. I'm glad a live half-way up a 600 foot hill !
