Am I Dressed Appropriately?

I'm wearing a pair of white shorts and a lose top, no bra.
Am I dressed appropriately for a hot sunny day in the garden, having chatted to the neighbours and pulled a few weeds up?
Tomorrow I might wear a pair of navy shorts and...maybe...a vest top. Would this be appropriate if visitors arrive unexpectedly?
I would value any opinions as I worry I might offend someone..somewhere ..somehow :(

Not me china, I'm a tad less wobbly...and much less energetic in the garden although I've had my moments, especially on the swing seat ;)
