I am looking for a liquid sealant that goes solid after a few minutes or an hour or so.
It has to be waterproof. Thanks Folks.

Here in the U.S. (and, i suspect elsewhere) this product actually works, regardless of the quality of the advertisement:

It also comes in clear and off-white... I've personally used it several times for repairs...
