Irresposible Journalism?

Seen this story mentioned on quite a few web based news sites; this is only a possible theory that she was murdered for being a Muslim yet the headline suggests its a given.
A lot of sources aren't reporting that a white male was also murdered in the same park only last year with multiple stab wounds - the murderer never found.

Anyone who thinks this is not irresponsibl e journalism is 'A complete tw4t'. That's just one theory of course. I'm simply quoting something that someone else said, whilst remaining completely objective.

In this instance the white male was English. But as that particular murder wasn't as newsworthy then it took some googling.

Must admit, never heard of the use of quote marks to thinly veil the true message they want to convey.

I picked up the Metro which had a headline stating it was a religious killing, but in the first sentence it said that this was on theory the police were looking at. I felt strongly that the headline was irresponsible and inflammatory. I was going to contact editor and regret I didn't. On the tube I had no phone signal and later I had forgotten about it.
