90's anthem

i don't know the name or artist and im not even sure of the lyrics but i know its a pretty well known dance/house anthem from the early to mid 90's.

i think its a black guy singing somthing like "sweet harmoneeeey, sweet harmoneeeeey" or "come on to meeeeeeee, come on to meeeeeee" thats just what i think the lyrics are that go to the tune in my head and i think that there arn't any other lyrics in the song.

please help this is driving me mad.

The sample is from Someday by Ce Ce Rogers but by your description i think you should go with Polo and paddy (although Someday is the far superior record IMO).
