You don't mention you Mobile Phone Service Provider. Voicemail messages are held on the central computers, not on the handset. You dial a number to go and listen to them. On Vodafone it is 121 . If you are not using the matching handset there are ways to still hear your voicemail, but you have to put in a password. The NOTW agent discovered that people rarely ever change the default password because the do not know about the facility.
Vodafone also ring to tell you that you have voicemail. This can be somewhat irrirating.
It would appear that you do not have not set a preset for the voicemail number. That's all. <
first of all you can see the network provider in the photo it is o2 and i shall repeat what i have already posted the voice mail is turned off so is internet connection to the phone
think the date for the voicemail changed when the phone was turned off and the message is from around 1 to 2 years back and is stuck in the system

i know about the code number 02 gave it to me to stop me getting the calls
plus in the phone settings it is disabled
