I AM MAKING STRAWBERRY MUFFINS,RECIPE SAYS 'BUTTERMILK'(sorry for shouting)ut I don't have any,hat can I use as an alternative ?

Got any plain yogurt?

ordinary milk with a splash of lemon juice in it?

Or full fat milk and a dash of lemon juice?
