But where is it written that a dislike of Islam is an indicator of mental health problems?

No mention here of mental health issues for the people who might be thought to be Islamophobes.
I thought perhaps you'd found it had been added to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. Has it not?
