"Islamophobia, n. : Intense dislike or fear of Islam, esp. as a political force; hostility or prejudice towards Muslims." (First recorded in the Journal of Theological Studies, 1923)..."
No mention here of mental health issues for the people who might be thought to be Islamophobes.
I thought perhaps you'd found it had been added to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. Has it not?
