Here I am in Montreal for the Jazz Festival once again.

I met and interviewed Beth Hart yesterday, seeing her play tonight, and I saw Katie Melua last night, interviewing her tomorrow.

I have the best hobby in the world!!!

I do, I am SO lucky!

The Festival pay my airfare here, and my hotel for six days, and I pay for six more, and I get to interview and see masses of wonderful musicians. Sly and Robbie next week!

Then I get home, write up my features, and get paid for that as well - how wonderful is that!

I don't take a single moment of this for granted!

Do you think I should ask Katie Melua if I can touch her face?

Maybe not!!!!!!!!

When I had to work for a living one of our managers (Alan Steadman) had a Jazz show on Radio Tay - I think it has been going on for 20++ years.

I listened a few times but it wasn't 'me'. Enjoy yourself.... if you can !!

She is indeed! While I flog myself silly researching musicians, and completing interviews, and watching them play live, she is busy either watching the football in the apartment, or doing touristy things around the city, so we are both having a wonderful time!
