Cauliflower Growing

I have just potted some pounshop Cauliflower seeds.
Due to my (well documented) slug problem - would I be able to grow them in pots? If so what size?

You can freeze them by just cutting into florets and blanching them. Or you could just make shed loads of aloo gobi and freeze that.

At the moment they are about 2cm tall within a stem slightly thicker than a human hair - but from small acorns etc etc
