Waiting for Coulson and Harris to be sentenced today, I was wondering where Max Clifford today ? Is he pushing a wheelbarrow in one our nice open prisons perhaps ?

I totally agree with mikey. Let all of this be a lesson to would-be abusers who think they can get away with it. And it's not just celebrities who were guilty of such crimes in the past. The small town where I grew up was full of horrible men who thought they could use and abuse young girls as they wished.

He's in Littlehey jail in Cambridgeshire and has his own cell at the Category C prison which holds about 600 sex offenders.
Private en suite room with telly, gym and spacious grounds ........can I go for a fortnight ? Is this really punishment ?
[please excuse this, mikey. Minty, how is everyone?]

Thought as much Jomlett ! Perhaps he will soon have a certain R Harris for company. They will have lots in common and lots to talk about. Not sure which one I would feel sorry for there !
Harris is looking at a possible maximum of 15 to 17 years imprisonment...
Mikey, do you really 'wait' for verdicts and sentences?

I am interested naomi. I have been following these trials of paedophiles from the beginning and its always interesting to see how the stories end !

Nothing unusual in that surely ?
imo, yes.

I'm not sure Harris has 15 to 17 years left Jomlett. But its the thought that counts I suppose.
I thought Rolf Harris's maximum single sentence was 10 years for the 1986 assaults, prior to that they were 5 year sentences for the other crimes. Given that they are likely to be concurrent I reckon he'll get 7-8 years.

Its immaterial really, what length of sentence he gets. It will be a warning to other celebs and non-celebs that they can't abuse children with impunity. As every new paedophile is unmasked, it shows that the authorities have realised, at last, that we need to listen to the victims. I have no sympathy with Harris or any of the others whatsoever. Rot in jail.
Yeah Naomi I can tell you there are lots out there
waiting for verdicts and sentences

even in Victorian times - I would even say it was normal behaviour ( because so many people do it )
Coulson sentenced for 18 months
