Can some kind and knowledgeable person please tell me if either of these links lead to a legit site.

I found it in a competition forum but it is all too new and shiny looking for me. I haven't a clue about what they are talking about either - but that may be my stupidity rather than their site.

The ownership information on the website checks out with that on GoDaddy's Whois search for the domain name. That shows:

The website appears to be searching for novel computer coding techniques for statistical analysis of data. From the FAQs:
"1) If you accept prize money for your submission in a competition, you need to submit relevant code and algorithms and approve transfer of IP to CrowdANALYTIX.
2) If you accept the position of a Lead Analyst, your work automatically becomes the IP of CrowdANALYTIX.
3) If you propose to use pre-existing IP, you need to discuss and obtain prior approval of CrowdANALYTIX. "
(I think that IP there stands for 'Intellectual Property (Rights)' but I might be totally wrong. Like you, I'm out of my depth).

So it seems to be a legitimate website but (with the possible exception of ChickFickens) there aren't many people around here who could get any value from it.

Thanks for looking it up and translating it for me. I still have no idea what has to be done - which means that I do not have the relevant skills.

I like entering competitions but am always suspicious when the company is from another country.
