Tim Krul
Wasn't his 'gamesmanship' during the penalty shoot-out last night out of order, walking up to the taker, pointing his finger and mouthing off?
Ref should have ordered him to stay on his line

You can't blame the player - he will try to get away with all that is allowed - it is the Referee to ensure the game is conducted properly.

It may be ungentlemanly conduct by Krul, but surely the majority of penalty takers are guilty with the stuttering run-ups? Until FIFA come up with a solution, then it will just continue. In my opinion, it started when they relaxed the rules on the goalkeeper being able to move left or right on the goal line. And don't get me started on the goalkeeper moving forward, so many of the saved penalties are because the keeper is moving forward and the officials are not enforcing a retake.
'Oh that's just Tim' they'll say. 'he doesn't mean any harm', which is BS but Holland are stars so get special treatment.
If his team-mates had worked harder it would have been over in the regulation 90 minutes.
That said, I have them in a sweep and I'm looking at £100 if they win so maybe look at this problem some time in August.

With penalties looming, many managers will make that last minute substitution though it is usually a player who can score from the spot rather than someone who may be capable of saving them from the spot. Unusual substitution yes, brave even (could just as easily have backfired) but genius? No. And Krul's antics did leave a sour taste in my mouth but, as already pointed out on here, the officials should have acted.
