Just a word of warning - Tesco are having issues with packaging click and collect orders. They used to pack individual items (so anyone with you when you collected a 'surprise' of any kind couldn't see them). They are aware that it is an issue and are working on it. (Let's just say that Princess Elsa wasn't the surprise it was meant to be.)

Tesco had a surprise for me today when I went to get my click and collect item.

It had been delivered to the wrong store, so I left empty handed.

They were very good when I complained, emailed me back really quickly. They did try to order thing 1 the Frozen soundtrack but had problems with their system so they are sending her a £10 gift card (and the doll was only £17.99).
Amazon did this to me a couple of years ago, daughter answered the door to the delivery man to find her keyboard (Xmas present) sitting there, no packaging apart from what you'd expect if you bought it in the shops. I was not inpressed and nor was she.
